Accounting & Payroll


While performing our bookkeeping and accountancy services, we will use our own office space, or in specifically requested we will attend the offices of the client. We are not limited to a specific software package. Should you be so desire, all your information will be administered on ERP, which will be parameterised to meet your requirements and to which you shall have on-line access. Another option is the performance of accountancy on your own ERP. It is no obstacle for us to keep your agenda for example in:

  • IFS
  • SAP R3
  • INFOR Lawson
  • ABRA

In the field of accountancy services we offer the following:

  • bookkeeping and accountancy
  • on-line access in the case of use of our ERP
  • methodical support
  • reconstruction of accounting agenda
  • accounting supervision (external head accountant with client)
  • checking of accounting processing, professional supervision of employees within client’s firm
  • processing of statements
  • warehouse management, including inventory support and stock taking
  • administration of your financial resources
  • processing of statement of accounts and other statements
  • representation of client in proceedings with authorities

An integral component of our provision of bookkeeping and accountancy is preparation of reports as required by the company management of the customer or its parent company. Communication in English or German language represents no obstacle to us whatsoever.


Payroll and Human Resources

The payroll process takes place monthly on our software and in our offices. On the basis of source materials from the client, supplied electronically or by mail, the wages are processed for the relevant month and then documents including wage slips are sent to the client for payment. The required reports are simultaneously submitted to the relevant institutions. Communication with regard to wages and handover of the wage slips is subject to strict requirements for data confidentiality, Therefore all staff are bound by a confidentiality clause. The processing of the payroll agenda includes arrangement of administration relating to the recruitment of new (including foreign) employees and the termination of existing contracts of employment. Upon request from the client we also oversee the selection process and will consult in the field of human resources.

We also offer processing of the payroll agenda for foreign employees who are Czech tax residents. We secure their registration for social and health insurance at the Employment Office upon the commencement and termination of their working relationship, whether they are EU citizens or from other countries.

We also provide the following auxiliary services within the payroll agenda:

  • checking of configuration of payroll system
  • monitoring of changes to prescriptions and the Labour Code
  • checking of labour law documents and internal company prescriptions relating to calculation of wages
